Eligibility
Who is eligible?
All E-Banking Services are opened to:
Individuals aged 18 and above
Individuals or Sole Proprietor who have an ATM card
(BankCard)
Hong Leong Principal Credit Card holders

MEPS Cash

 MEPS Cash is a stored monetary value payment application (e-purse).
It allows the Hong Leong Bankcard holder to load electronic monetary value into the chip of the Hong Leong Bankcard. The loading of the electronic monetary value into the Bankcard can be performed at any Hong Leong Bank ATMs and MEPS ATMs via funds transfer from the customers Savings or Current account.
MEPS Cash purchase will be deducted directly from the monetary value inside the chip.
