Cash Flow Financing

Refers to an instance, where the financiers look to the net cash flow to be derived from an underlying venture as principal source of repayment. For instance, the financing of natural resources exploration and/or extraction may be structured on a cash flow financing basis whereby the financiers will be repaid through the sale of natural resources that had been extracted.
